Tariff - book direct and save booking fees and GST tax

Xmas - January: Generally booked by owner’s family from 23 Dec to 20 January.
January: $525/night for up to 8 guests, minimum 6 night booking
December 1-22nd: $315/week night, $340/night Fri-Sat for up to 4 guests, extras $25 each/night
February: $435/night for up to 4 guests, extras $25 each/night
March: $375/weeknight, $395/night Fri-Sat for up to 4 guests, extras $25/each/night
April-May: $315/weeknight, $340/night Fri-Sat for up to 4 guests, extras $25/each/night
June-November: $270/weeknight, $345/Friday and Saturday for up to 4 guests, extras $25/each/night
Public Holiday weekends: $525/night for up to 8 guests - minimum 3 night stay, extras $25/each/night

Bond: $250 - returned within 7 days of leaving providing the rules have been observed, the house is left tidy and damage free.

Children under 2 are free.
The house sleeps up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. This includes two bedrooms with new double beds (1 x king and 1 x queen).
Minimum stay: Christmas/January - 6 nights (1 week), Easter - 4 nights, public holiday weekends - 3 nights, otherwise 2 nights.
Cleaning and linen fee: $85 + $15/per person. Free for bookings of 6 nights or more.
